Jandrons Retail Center is the newest retail center building in the fast growing Marquette Township Business corridor. This 7,558 sq. ft. center is anchored by Jandrons Fine Jewelry, a well-known, longtime Marquette family business. This modern design is located on a two acre parcel and has high visibility to the other main shopping, with Target right across the street. The retail space offers in addition to the center anchor, a 3,000 sq. ft. space and a 1,500 sq. ft. space.
Completely suited to retail or office build out. The tenant spaces are built with ADA baths, independent heating and cooling systems and the open design gives complete flexibility to any tenants intended use. Our site planning created ample parking design in the rear allowed for customer only parking dedicated in the front along the full front of the building.
We began the design development in the late winter of 2016, started construction in early summer, and completed the building by the end of the year. This new center sets a new design standard in many ways for adjacent competing properties with its modern detailed exterior facade having the right balance of glass, colors and textures.
