North Creek Townhomes

Overview

North Creek is a 20-unit high end rental project located on a 3.2 acre parcel on the northern part of Harlow Farms Conservation Community in Marquette. The first phase of construction began in late Spring 2011, and the fourth and final phase was completed in January 2016.

We designed one and two story townhomes arranged in six duplexes and two 4plexes. All selections were chosen based on performance and high efficiency.

North Creek offers both a high quality living lifestyle in the City, and in a conservation community with access to trails and recreational opportunities, and very close and convenient to MGH, NMU, and shopping. There has been a growing demand for this type of rental project that targets the higher income, transient physicians, business professionals, small families and active adults that specifically seek out high quality rentals in the growing Marquette area. Residents love the easy access to the Iron Ore Heritage Trail right out their door.

The project had careful site planning, and all units have been designed and built for easy condominium conversion in the future if market conditions warrant such a strategic change by the Owner.
